  1. We are not concerned with fat loss concurrent wirh strength increase. Tell us how to recover without the fat loss crap.

  2. He is not lying. I am full on 5 ounces of oats with 2 tabkespoons of sugar free syrup and cinammon for taste. Add flavored protein powder for protein and butter for fat. At the end of the day you want minimum 20 percent protein 20 percent fat and 40 percent carbs. You dont necessarily have to cook oats but you do need to soak them for a few hours to prevemt stomach cramps. Vegetable butter, oats, water, and protein powder can be put in a bag and eaten after a gym session.
