  1. I’m not really an expert, but where is the full body workout? It’s mostly quads, glutes, shoulders and forearms, core, maybe some lower back. Yes, that’s a lot for sure and a really good workout but chest and upper back are heavily missing.

    Dumbbell Thrusters
    Pushups Burpee (with dumbbells)
    Walking lunges
    Pushup Renegade Rows

    This could be a good full body one, I guess.
