  1. This was a pretty difficult workout. I am a 47 year old percussionist and track coach that practices everyday and still sprints, runs and jumps… and this was still a difficult but great workout. I added some variations to it:
    I made the rev lunges explosive with a pause at the top and coming up to ball of the foot (I give this workout to my athletes), and did single leg glute bridges with a little more explosiveness.
